Our maintenance programs are designed both as a way to maintain the exterior aesthetic of your home, as well as prevent issues such as, staining of vinyl siding, clogged drainage, overgrowth, and much more.
Trim the edges along walk, drive, obstacles, and garden beds with a trimmer. Make sure your lawn mower blade is sharp and the height of the blade is appropriate. Never trim more than 1/3 the depth of your lawn. This will expose roots and healthy thatch to the hot sun and possible disease. If possible, mulch cut grass into lawn. This is a natural way of recycling nutrients back into your lawn. If possible, mow your lawn on cooler or cloudier days.
We strongly recommend regular gutter cleaning and inspection in the spring and fall. When gutters are clear and free-flowing, there is less risk of damaging the gutters, mold, leaks, rot, and roof damage.
When windows show signs of dirt, spotting, or stains, the windows should be cleaned. Regular cleaning programs are available to ensure the brightest outlook possible! As with any home or building, regular maintenance inhibits wear while promoting longevity.
